I have been treated very well! Service was great they explained everything. My second visit, the problem with my car, was kind of my fault, they were things I should have known about my car. The service and the mechanic were very kind to me without intimating these were things I should have known. I feel so bad to have taken up their time. Sorry guys and thank you for being patient with me. I will defenitly see them again!!

Check engine light kept coming on. I was taking my truck to Midas on Kirkwood Highway since Nov 2022 and they were just sucking money from me. I wanted a 2nd opinion and went to Kirkwood Auto. They ran multiple diagnostic tests, test drove it 3 times and did their due diligence to locate the issue. It was minor when Midas was telling me it was something major. I will recommend and start taking both my cars to Kirkwood Auto.

Kirkwood Auto is a great place for All your auto needs. They are friendly & customer service oriented! They answer any questions you might have to have a better understanding of what they are doing in servicing your 🚘 car. They provide a shuttle service & Hector is very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.
