Class act of a shop. They are cautious with what they do and do not try and up-sell. On this visit, I asked for brakes due to them squealing (a common indication of needing pads) yet they diagnosed and found they only need lube and I had years left of life on them. I use them for all my service now. Plus if it takes more than half a day, they call with updates.

Kirkwood Auto has always accommodated my schedule. We have 5 cars that we get serviced there. The location is convenient, they remember my name and try to be accommodating to my schedule. I have never had an issue with their services or staff.

Love the fact that a record of your car maintenance is maintain and reminders of when service on your vehicle is due. In addition the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A nice place to have your vehicle serviced.
