The best part, for me, is having a nice area for doing home work while I waited. There's a separate waiting area too. The service managers are always nice, full of info when I ask a question about my foreign or domestic vehicles. I've been going to Kirkwood Auto Ctr since 2007 or so.

My new repair shop of choice friendly service reasonable prices. Very flexible as to what work they will do and professional. Not the typical condescending grumpy car folks.

Took my new Ford Expedition in for an oil change and tire rotation as normal maintenance. The mechanic inspected my vehicle and found that all four structures were leaking oil. Good catch by the mechanic. Taking the issue back to Ford for warranty work to resolve the issue. The front desk staff took pictures of the leaking struts and forwarded them to me to support my issue with Ford. Great work!

First timer! Making my appointment over the phone was easy and pleasant. Arrived for my appointment and noticed they took my car back immediately and was done within the time quoted. They shared information about some services my car could use, but in no way pushed them on me like most car places do. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Dropped my truck off with electrical issues. First thing next morning they had already diagnosed all the issues and had it all fixed before the end of the day. Chris was very professional on the phone and everything was reasonably priced. They were highly recommended and I do recommend them myself

I've driven by this place hundreds of time for sure... And I wish I had been here sooner!!! My recent visit was pursuant to a promotional mailing. I was well impressed from the time I called to schedule my oil change to the moment I walked through the doors! The service is top-notch. A gentleman name Chris helped me. The intake was brief. The waiting area resembles a home living room for true comfort. The pricing is fair; and the attendees seem genuine. I think I've found a new home for auto care. You might want to visit this place and make it home for you too.

I have been taken all my cars to Kirkwood Auto Center and I'm very pleased with them. The facility is very clean and customer friendly. The actual fee is a bit on higher side of the scale compare to the other shops, but I have a confidence in their works and trust them. I recomend them to anyone who is looking for a good service of their autos. Keep up the good work!!
