The people at Kirkwood Auto Center were so nice! I suddenly got a flat tire, and on a Friday afternoon when they were completely booked, they still got me in and fixed my tire in a very timely matter. They will be getting all of my service in the future!

I would defiantly recommend Kirkwood auto. I was very happy with the service, honest and fairly priced. Another shop had quoted me 1800 dollars for the work i needed. Kirkwood did the work for $1100 and showed me the work that was not needed and explained everything that they did. Hard to find honest auto shops but Kirkwood Auto is one of them.

First time coming here. I was sent here for my car's issue through my extended warranty service. Even though I could not get the problem fixed that day, the associates here are awesome! They fully explained to me how the warranty process works. Def recommend!

Car broke down on October 22nd due to bad alternator, had my car towed to Kirkwood Auto Center, and received the best customer service. They accommodated my vehicle right away, diagnose the issues quickly and repaired my car in no time. Pricing is fair, and I will definitely come again, a big shout out to Sam for getting me in and out.

Kind of went in on a whim based on reviews. figured it's an autocenter and it would only get so good. I was so pleasantly surprised because it's CLEAN and didn't smell like a gas station. The service reps were also very courteous.
