My car was towed into Kirkwood Auto for transmission problem. Kyle was very helpful on the phone(as usual). My car is older and I am the 2nd owner. The problem turned out to be quite extensive. In the end I decided to scrap said vehicle. Again, Kyle was very helpful in taking care of that aspect as well. I have only been living in DE for a few years, and have used Kirkwood for all maintenance. They are always helpful and kind. When my new vehicle is in need, I will be returning

The staff is very friendly. The waiting area is accommodating. I don’t feel pressured when making decisions about services. I’m new to Delaware and feel relieved now that I’ve found an Auto Center to service my car.
