An elderly friend of mine was a victim of the Mermaid Run fire. As the fire started in the unit directly adjacent to his, he lost everything. Apart from that, as if he needed any other issues, I noticed his car was leaking oil. I recommended that he bring it to Kirkwood Auto to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. Not only did Kirkwood fix his vehicle in their usual timely fashion but, upon learning of his misfortune, they did it for FREE! What a fantastic gesture. Kudos to you, and many thanks!!

The service team was very helpful. I especially liked that they didn’t try and oversell you on repairs that weren’t needed. I’d definitely use this center again.

Timing belt and water pump replacement was done at 174000 miles (second time, first time at 85000 miles). Work was done in a timely manner and the results are good. A few seals were replaced at the same time. Car operates correctly and no more minor oil leaks. Excellent job and very satisfied.
