I brought my car in to have it diagnosed for a transmission related issue. The diagnosis was given to me in complete detail and I didn't feel like there was any pressure from Kirkwood to have the repair done. The price of the component was $1400 and the service guy told me to take it home and think about it rather than just pressuring me to have it repaired now. I ended up trading in the vehicle instead of getting it repaired due to the high mileage, but I would certainly return to Kirkwood. The diagnosis ran me $95.

I called Kirkwood Auto Center to ask a few questions about a repair i got locally. I wanted to know if I got a good deal. I think I talked to the owner. He spent several minutes answering my questions, knowing I wasn't going to drive my car to their service station. My sister recommended I give these guys a call. I sure am glad i did.

Nice and fast turn-around. Called to let me know what they found, and what I wanted them to do to proceed, instead of just doing a ton of work without consulting me. Friendly staff, large waiting area which might be nice for those who wait for service. Prices weren't that bad either, AND did a check before they did expensive work, which apparently wasn't even needed! They care!

David, Thanks so much for taking the time to review us back in July. We appreciate your kind words. Our staff is always considerate of the needs of our clients. We know car maintenance can become expensive quickly. Our staff tries to alert all our clients to any repairs and walk them through all the options, be them costly or cheap. It's great to hear you were happy with the work, and we look forward to helping keep you safely on the road in the future. Best, Norman Owner
