I found it to be very easy to book an appointment on-line and get a cost estimate before confirming my appointment. I arrived at the center on time, they immediately took my car in for service while I waited in the comfortable, clean and inviting customer awaiting area. Service desk personnel was very respectful. also. I felt like I had received the quality of service I expected as I walked out the Kirkwood Center. Will definitely return for all my future service needs.

I stopped in for a quick oil change, they were very helpful without being pushy. I Will definitely be returning when i have more time! Update: I've returned multiple times and have never had a bad experience.

I have used Kirkwood Auto for many years. It was easy to arrange an appointment on-line, they have a nice working area if you're waiting for your car to be serviced, they communicate well, the work is reasonably fast and professional, and they have limited appointments for Covid protection. They have a good service reminder system as well.
