I have been using Kirkwood Auto for my vehicles for a little over a year now & so far my experience with them, has been excellent. Our vehicles are a little older now, so we have needed them on at least 3-4 occasions & each time they have been crystal clear on what priority items are needed & honest with me all the way through. My wife & I had used a competitor, less than a mile or two from them & I had real issues at the other place so we gave them a shot & it’s been night & day. I am not the type of person that wants to fuss or make a stink to get quality service & that was exactly what I had to do at the previous auto shop. Coming to Kwood auto was the best decision we made & my only regret is not doing it earlier.
