I've been a customer for several years and now refer to Kirkwood Auto as "my mechanic". They are trusted and well trained professionals that make sure the job is done right, the first time. I have multiple vehicles and I refuse to take them anywhere else.

I’ve used Kirkwood Auto for years as I’m on my third car I take there. Easy to make appointments ,discount flyers sent to me,friendly staff and great technicians. Waiting room is cozy with coffee and snacks that make the short wait a nice retreat. They have shuttle service, drop off box and late pick up key lockers. The Kirkwood auto card gives me no interest for 6 mths for any large repair. I’ve gotten tires there twice with never a problem. Service is followed up by email and reminders by text for appointments. I highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's a great feeling knowing my daughter is safe because the vehicle she is driving was worked on by some of the best technicians in Delaware. She travels a long distance driving a big truck like a suburban and it puts me at ease that the technicians at Kirkwood Autocenter have checked the vehicle thoroughly and fixed any issues with the vehicle.
