Unlike other facilities in the area. They offer you shuttle service which makes your day go a lot smoother. Appointments are prompt and the service people keep you informed throughout the day. The technicians are amazing. They identify your problem and always return your vehicle not only repaired to your satisfaction but free of oil or dirt marks. They follow up on your repair to make sure it was completed to your satisfaction. Over the years I realized this is a family owned business started by Mr. Jones, and his family has continued the superior service that he started. I will continue making kirkwood my place to go for “fixed right the first time” service on my vehicles.
