Needed 4 new tires after I got a flat on a Sunday going to work. I was able to easily schedule online for the next day. Tires were done in under 2 hours and for a great price with rotation and repairs included. Will use in the future and recommend to others.

This is a wonderful business. Very ethical and honest. They inform you of their findings and what they recommend but they never "sell" unnecessary repairs. As the owner of a small business who subscribes to the same business philosophy, I appreciate that. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Hector is a wonderful shuttle driver also! The courtesy labor that Kirkwood Auto extended to the health care professionals on the front line during the Covid-19 pandemic was unbelievable. Talk about giving back to the community! A real testament to the character of this business. I won't go anywhere else. I'm a customer for life.

First time using this auto repair shop. Their response to my inquiry was prompt and I was scheduled for the next business day. They picked up my car, quickly called me with the update on the service needed and had it done and back to me by the end of the day. Excellent service, professional and super convenient! Kirkwood really saved me during these challenging and unpredictable times. I was quarantined in West Virginia for 4 weeks before driving to NYC to drop a friend off (who quarantined with me). On my drive back, my car developed an issue with the brake where the bolt holding the caliper popped out, causing the caliper to a scrape against the inside of the tire (metal on metal). I pulled into the Delaware Welcome Center, and it was already late. I got AAA to tow my car overnight to Kirkwood and got a last minute hotel until Kirkwood opened the next morning. Within 45 minutes of opening - they gave me a call letting me know they were going to see my car. I explained to them my situation and they responded with kindness and urgency. They gave me a call back letting me know my car would be ready at 12, and even had a shuttle come pick me up from my hotel. They took the additional precautions including sanitizing the car before and after servicing, and the pricing was affordable and the car drove great after. Thanks Kirkwood for giving stability, kindness, and quality service during the pandemic!

Was very pleased with the communication, understanding and work recently done on my truck. Brian kept me up to date with everything as currently getting some parts is not as easy or quick as normal. They have definitely earned a new repeat customer.
