As always, the service at Kirkwood Auto Center was exceptional. They attended to my tire problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. I recommend them without reservation.

Awesome service!!! Quick, professional, and honest. They even have a space where you can work from your laptop which is super helpful and convenient.

While having my car serviced today I wonder why I haven't posted a review sooner. I have been a customer of Kirkwood Auto for years. I am always satisfied with the care and service I receive. I feel the staff is genuine and trustworthy. I noticed each person that arrived was treated with such great care and the technicians take the time to explain services and recommendations in detail while patiently answering guests questions and addressing their concerns. This quality of service is appreciated. The waiting area is always kept clean. Plenty of seating, a television, water cooler and I believe coffee and tea. I have always referred anyone looking for car care needs to Kirkwood Auto.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was courteous (scheduling the services, and while my car was with them during the day, they took the time explaining things to me over the phone and when I picked my car up). They also made sure I had a loaner car for the day while my car got worked on.

My 2011 Jetta’s radio completely cut out last Thursday. I called Kirkwood Auto on Monday and they were able to take a look at my car on Tuesday. With little to no knowledge on car radios personally they taught me a lot and pointed me into the correct direction on the next steps after diagnosing my car. Everyone was beyond helpful and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them!!

The auto center was able to quickly diagnose my car during an emergency and give me the information I needed up front. They were very understanding and accommodating. The building was also very clean, air-conditioned, and had a good resting area.

My fiance´s car broke down in DE where we were working for the evening. Our car was towed to the facility that was AAA recommended. The service there was exceptional. The person on the phone was extremely friendly and he kept us up to date with the progress of the car. Not only was the customer service really great, but the facility was very clean and nice as well. While I hope we don´t break down out-of-state again, if we do, we would definitely go back to Kirkwood Auto Center.

Great experience at Kirkwood Auto today. Had 60K service done. Everything they found and needed to do was well explained. The work was completed on the low side of their time estimate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks Sam and everyone!

Came here for tires and alignment. I initially was drawn here due to the great reviews I read. I was happy that I was able to get a quote and make an appointment all through email. That was super convenient for me. Service was great, the price was fair, will definitely use them in the future.

Great service, fixed my tires very quickly and efficiently. Called me with an estimate and some advice, giving me the actual measurements of my tread and recommendations on when to get further work done. Will definitely be taking my car back there in the future!
