I have been taking my cars to Kirkwood Automotive for over 30 years and have no intention to stop doing so. The staff at Kirkwood Auto have always been very courteous and anxious to help in any way possible. I have had several occasions when the staff at Kirkwood Auto have assisted me in dealing with manufacturer reps when things have gone wrong with one of our autos that should have been covered by the warranty. The have never suggested that any more be done than needs to be done and have always had the cars ready for pick up when promised. This is a family run business that strives to be customer friendly in all its dealings.

I have had some good experiences with Kirkwood Auto. Took my car in for some routine services such as oil change, new wipers, tire rotations, etc and had quick turn around along with a convenient shuttle to and from work. In one instance when the shuttle was not going to be able to accommodate my schedule and get me to work on time, the owner lent me his vehicle for the day. Talk about client service! Overall I have found the prices to be a little higher, but it is certainly a higher quality shop with more caring and courtesy staff.

Can always rely on these guys for quick, dependable service. They tell you up front what it will cost and call you if any changes occur. No "surprises" when you pick up your vehicle. Norm and his staff are the best. Been going there for over a decade. Why go anywhere else? Thanks again, Norm.

I brought my car in to have it diagnosed for a transmission related issue. The diagnosis was given to me in complete detail and I didn't feel like there was any pressure from Kirkwood to have the repair done. The price of the component was $1400 and the service guy told me to take it home and think about it rather than just pressuring me to have it repaired now. I ended up trading in the vehicle instead of getting it repaired due to the high mileage, but I would certainly return to Kirkwood. The diagnosis ran me $95.

I called Kirkwood Auto Center to ask a few questions about a repair i got locally. I wanted to know if I got a good deal. I think I talked to the owner. He spent several minutes answering my questions, knowing I wasn't going to drive my car to their service station.My sister recommended I give these guys a call. I sure am glad i did.
