Professional, courteous. I had the TPMS sensors on all four tires replaced (I provided the sensors) and they charged me $100 total. I was so happy with this considering the dealer would have charged me so, so much more. Thank you, KAC!

The service was great. I liked their shuttle service. My one concern is that they don't report the service records to CarFax. Therefore I would give 4* instead of 5*.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this center! my car broke down across the street and luckily I was able to be jumped to get to these guys. I brought it in around 1 PM they gave me an answer about what was wrong within 30 minutes (turned out it was the belt, alternator and battery). My car was fixed by 5 PM the same day. They even run a shuttle service to nearby locations which my workplace happened to be included in. Extremely nice guys willing to help and explain each charge before they do the labor. Couldn’t have asked for better, thank you Kirkwood auto Center - you turned a vehicle nightmare around within a couple hours!

I asked Eric for a quick fix to my sideview mirror . H e called me the following day and asked me to come in. The job was done in an hour or so at roughly half the Toyota estimate. I am very pleased w/ the work and the cost. I'll certainly be back.

Good service at a fair price. Work done per the forecast made by the service adviser. Good information on additional work that needs to be done without being pushy. I have been going to Kirkwood for many years and have always been satisfied.

I've always been treated fairly and honestly here. Prices are competitive and the road hazard warranty for tires is very good and honored with no hassles or question. Services available for German cars is unfortunately limited. The highest praise I can make is that I trust them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic operation. We've been customers here for 13 years and will be for life! They send great coupons in the mail, and their customer service is outstanding. Reasonable prices and quality work every time.

My car was recently in for awhile due to it losing A/C (and of course during the hottest week of summer thus far). They communicated everything as best they could and made sure I understood before charging me and fixing. My car was a mystery at first but they finally were able to determine the issue and it's working great now. They were all very friendly and did their best to get it done as fast as they could.
