Good service at a fair price. Work done per the forecast made by the service adviser. Good information on additional work that needs to be done without being pushy. I have been going to Kirkwood for many years and have always been satisfied.

I've always been treated fairly and honestly here. Prices are competitive and the road hazard warranty for tires is very good and honored with no hassles or question. Services available for German cars is unfortunately limited. The highest praise I can make is that I trust them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic operation. We've been customers here for 13 years and will be for life! They send great coupons in the mail, and their customer service is outstanding. Reasonable prices and quality work every time.

My car was recently in for awhile due to it losing A/C (and of course during the hottest week of summer thus far). They communicated everything as best they could and made sure I understood before charging me and fixing. My car was a mystery at first but they finally were able to determine the issue and it's working great now. They were all very friendly and did their best to get it done as fast as they could.

Last week, I stopped in without an appointment to try to take care of a flat tire. I was greeted immediately and my car was taken to the back. As I settled in to the much-appreciated business area (away from tv noise) I was called back to the desk and informed that it would be at least an hour before they were able to pick up a new tire for me. I explained my schedule and the need to be in Philadelphia that afternoon but had to run home first. They suggested I leave my tire there, ran my errands and came back. When I arrived back, they had my new tire installed, replaced the spare, and put everything neatly back in the spare tire compartment. I was finished in less than 30 minutes. This was my first visit to Kirkwood Auto Center and I am thoroughly impressed. The waiting areas and desk area are very clean. They did a great job and were efficient and timely. I will definitely go back as needed and recommend them to all.

I have used your center for several years. I have always been treated with respect and never talked down to as a female customer. The service I have received over the years has been excellent and timely. I have waited several times, but I also have used your free shuttle service as well. The drivers have been just as respectful as your staff in the building. Thank you for your professionalism in all areas of your business.

I have been going to Kirkwood almost as long as they have been open. I just don't go to any other auto mechanic. They are honest, trust worthy, and above board on dealing with their customers. I have never been misled in anyway and have never felt pressured into doing anything that is not an immediate problem. This is important because I tend to keep cars for a long time (my car currently has jut under 180,000) on it so I have used Kirkwood Automotive on many occasions for routine maintenance so there have been ample opportunities for the staff at Kirkwood Automotive to pressure me into making repairs that are really necessary and they have never applied any kind of pressure. Spacious, comfortable waiting area including a separate "work space" for people needing to keep in touch with their office. Courteous, professional staff who explained everything up front and at delivery. Competitive prices for my new tires (I shopped around), great post-sales service, accurate estimation of time-to-completion. If you have to take time out of your day to have work done on your car, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to do it.

I inherited a 17 year old car. wanting it to be safe for a 16 yr. old to drive I brought it to Kirkwood Auto Center. I have to say, they were very nice explained everything and performed work that was needed in a timely manner. the only problem I have... I felt like the prices were outrageous !! I was given estimates for work that still needs to be done on the car. One.. being a transmission solenoid, pan gasket and filter. I called around to many Auto repair shops in the area specializing in Transmissions found the estimate to be almost $300.00 more at Kirkwood Auto Center. Not only that , the AC is not working so they want $220.00 to charge the system with dye & check for leaks. the same repair shop is doing the same thing for $85.00. Think about it.. We all have to make a living, but come on!!! I don't make that kind of money!!!
