I loved my experience with Kirkwood Auto Center. The staff was courteous, kind and professional. Their prices were reasonable compared to several places I have been. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only thing that I wish, is that I would receive coupons from them.....the kind that people in the area receive . My cousin, who is a customer, and lives in Hockessin, receives some that I never saw before. Karen

Everyone there was extremely friendly. They were able to get me in on short notice. Scheduled a drop-off time that worked for me. Their transport service was very appreciated, since I would have been stuck at the shop without it. All options were explained on the repairs and recomendations, as well as costs associated. Kirkwood auto is top notch, I would gladly refer friends and family to them.

Kirkwood Auto Center was really helpful when our guests that were visiting from Spain had the check light come on while they were driving back to DE from Washington DC. We had looked at the oil dip stick and there were some issues. Called Kirkwood and although they were busy, they fit us in and indeed it was the oil. They changed the oil and our friends were on their way. Many thanks for helping us out.

Kirkwood Auto has been very nice to deal with the couple of times I have been to them. They are very professional and friendly. They took me on time, expedited my work to accommodate me and it was a pleasure not to have any problems. Their waiting area is also well maintained. Friendly, prompt service and the shuttle is an added bonus. I didn't feel taken advantage of, but I *did* feel taken care of! Price was reasonable. I now feel comfortable using Kirkwood Auto Center for all my car care needs! They made what could have been a difficult situation, quite bearable.

The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Repairs and maintenance are not the cheapest available, but are very fairly priced. They are done when they say they'll be done--no long delays! I have no complaints about Kirkwood Auto, and recommend them to friends and family.

I've been with Kirkwood auto since 2002. I trust them, appts are easy and accommodating. Staff go beyond to make sure your happy. I've only had 2 problems since 2002 and they immediately fixed with no problems and no charge. I usually talk to Debbie, Brian, Kyle, and now Chris. Giving them a shout out for a job well done.

Kirkwood Auto is the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The employees are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Decent service and staff. Very up front about what needed to be done and confirmed what work I wanted done before doing it. Reasonable prices. They also completed all the work in one day which was nice. They have a good location and a nice waiting area. They also offer a shuttle service which many places do not. I do not know the details of it but I think it is free.
