Had a great experience with tire replacement last week - this was my first time here. I shopped around quite a bit and the only place that beat Kirkwood's price on tire and installation was BJs, but they didn't have the tire in stock and couldn't say when they would. Kirkwood gave me an online quote and stuck to it. I dropped off the car the night before and hoped it would be done by 3 the next afternoon. They called to say it was ready just after 10 am. The woman who rang me up when I came to pick up the car was very nice. There are tire shops all over Kirkwood Highway, but I would not hesitate to use this place again.

I bought 4 new tires for my wife's car before the snow storm, Kirkwood Auto had them in the store and installed on my wife's car plus a front end alignment before the snow hit . It was a smooth process from beginning to end.

I can't praise Kirkwood Auto enough. From the time you call for an appointment until you are leaving with your car fixed, everything, and I mean everything is excellent: the way you are greeted, the overall service on your car, and a big point is that they never tell you this or that is needed to be done unless it's really necessary, to the way the associates treat you when you are leaving cannot be faulted. Appointment was a bit long but it was worth it. Discovered I had a broken shock! Thank you. Was able to get an excellent price on a pair of tires. I will return.
