Took my van to Kirkwood Auto for a defective horn and a stuck throttle body. They called me first before performing any repairs and advised me of what their mechanic found. They cleaned the throttle body and suggested replacing the part.The horn relay needed replacement. Although, I did not get the work done, I was not pressured and I simply paid the diagnoses charge to get the work done myself.

Kirkwood Auto Center is great. They provide good service at a fair price and shuttle service. I highly recommend Kirkwood Auto Center!

Recently worked with Brian to put new tires and wheels on a Jeep Wrangler. Brian was very informative during the process and also very patient with all of my requests. I keep going back to Kirkwood Auto for this reason... great service and trustworthy.

Originally brought my car in for oil change. Technician thoroughly checked my car and found a leak in brake line, which they replaced. They were kind enough to give me a loaner car for the day. Service people were very courteous, and car was repaired in a timely fashion.

My family has relied on Kirkwood Auto Center for at least 9 years and 5 cars (used cars purchased for our teens). I have always been treated with respect, staff explain problems in plain English, and give multiple options when they can for costly repairs. I have finally become tired of the indifference & "pick a number" treatment for routine service on my own new vehicle at the dealership. I have the same level of confidence in service at Kirkwood but with much more pleasant staff

Debbie and Jon are informed, trained professionals who make the customer feel comfortable, and confident in the work being performed. The work is done as promised, in the estimated time. The environment is a welcoming experience, very different from others. Kirkwood Auto is the "Best of The Best".

The staff is always polite and helpful. All prices are discussed before performing any services, and they call you if additional work needs to be done. They also offer rides to and from work.

Great experience! My morning started off with a dead battery :( but Kirkwood Auto fit me in right away, and the shuttle even got me to work on time! I got the 60,000 mile service done while it was there, and it is the first time I've ever gotten a routine maintenance done where I could actually tell that my car was running better when I picked it up. Great place! Easy to get an appointment. People that answer the phone are friendly and helpful. Have done great work on my car a few times.

They always tell you what they would recommend, and don't go ahead and do work without letting you know the cost and the reasoning. They get your car fixed in a timely manner and are very good at communicating with the customer. There are no surprises with what's being done.
