The entire team is fantastic, honest and always have met the time frames for any repairs. They take the time to explain the problems and don't try to over sell you stuff you don't need. So glad we found this place. Thank you Kirkwood Auto have a great summer!

Service (tire replacement) was quick and efficient. Service advisor was able to provide some guidance on recommended replacements, and during the actual service work, uncovered an alignment problem that was also quickly corrected. Excellent experience, price was typical for the services provided, and I will consider using them again in the future.

My experience was great! I received a phone call shortly after I went online and requested an appointment for an oil change. I was informed I could drop off my vehicle the following morning and pick up after work. The following day, I received a phone call advising a few things about my vehicle, and the cost. I loved my experience with Kirkwood Auto Center. The staff was courteous, kind and professional. Their prices were reasonable compared to several places I have been. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only thing that I wish, is that I would receive coupons from them.....the kind that people in the area receive . Everyone there was extremely friendly. They were able to get me in on short notice. Scheduled a drop-off time that worked for me. Their transport service was very appreciated, since I would have been stuck at the shop without it. All options were explained on the repairs and recomendations, as well as costs associated. Kirkwood auto is top notch, I would gladly refer friends and family to them.

Kirkwood Auto Center was really helpful when our guests that were visiting from Spain had the check light come on while they were driving back to DE from Washington DC. We had looked at the oil dip stick and there were some issues. Called Kirkwood and although they were busy, they fit us in and indeed it was the oil. They changed the oil and our friends were on their way. Many thanks for helping us out.

Kirkwood Auto has been very nice to deal with the couple of times I have been to them. They are very professional and friendly. They took me on time, expedited my work to accommodate me and it was a pleasure not to have any problems. Their waiting area is also well maintained. Friendly, prompt service and the shuttle is an added bonus. I didn't feel taken advantage of, but I *did* feel taken care of! Price was reasonable. I now feel comfortable using Kirkwood Auto Center for all my car care needs! They made what could have been a difficult situation, quite bearable.

The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Repairs and maintenance are not the cheapest available, but are very fairly priced. They are done when they say they'll be done--no long delays! I have no complaints about Kirkwood Auto, and recommend them to friends and family.
